Abstract

Restorative Justice and the adolescent author of infractional act integrate with each other in this report, in such a way that the elements of the research are used to understand which is the conception of the adolescent author of infractional act concerning to the restorative circle (while restorative justice practical), what has the experience provoked in the adolescent, as well as the way the personal implication of the adolescent has contributed in this process. This work attempts to the comprehension the of transformation possibilities in the adolescent author of infracional acts social laces who has experienced the practical of Restorative Justice. The inquiry of this subject is important to enable and to subsidize the work with adolescents, and to question and dicuss the binomial adolescence-violence. This is a practical work where the psychoanalys was used as subsidy for conception of adolescence and analysis of the interviews.
