Cooperação intergeracional: significado de uma experiência de administração no terceiro setor

Abstract

This essay deals with the study of the intergeneration group showing that there are possibilities for new relationship arrangements among people of different generations with distinct educational and professional background. Its main objective consists of the investigation of the level of interaction among members of the groups researched. The groups are formed by young university students, professionals and elderly people that take part in a project with a common objective in the administrative area in the third sector in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil. The methodology used is based in the study of cases. To do that, we take into consideration the social-affective, professional-technical and scientific-educational dimensions in the analysis of the group, the administrative management technology dimensions and the operational strategy of the leadership in the analysis of the institutions researched. The study is guided by gerontology and the matters concerning the applied social science field is grounded in several scientific approaches. Among them, the administrative, anthropological, philosophical and sociological sciences, under the multidisciplinary focus.
